Is Abies Balsamea Balsam Extract vegan?

An oleoresin obtained by solvent extraction from the exudate of the balsam fir, Abies balsamea (family Pinaceae), also known as Canada balsam or fir balsam; contains primarily beta-phellandrene, resins, essential oil, and cinnamic and benzoic acids.
