This is a filtrate of the product obtained by fermentation of numerous whole plants, fruits and seeds (including rice, barley, soybean, cabbage, various berries, herbs and citrus) using the microorganisms Acetobacter, Bacillus, Lactobacillus and Saccharomyces.
