This is a filtrate obtained by fermenting a large mixture of fruits, roots, seeds, and whole plants (including cornelian cherry, acai, Chinese wolfberry, plum, mume, schisandra, cogongrass root, moth bean, adzuki bean, apple, barley, blueberry, cabbage, mandarin, cranberry, lemongrass, wild rosemary, grape, lettuce, mistletoe, raspberry, rice, dog rose, rosemary, soybean, spinach, strawberry, thyme, and bilberry) with the bacteria Acetobacter, Bacillus, Lactobacillus, Streptococcus, and the yeast Saccharomyces.
