This is a filtrate obtained by fermenting a complex mixture of plant and fungal materials—including white willow bark, geranium flowers, papaya and lemon fruit, tea and papaya leaves, chicory and licorice root, Jerusalem artichoke tuber, and the fungi Lactarius deliciosus and Armillaria mellea—with the microorganisms Acetobacter and Saccharomyces.
