Is Acetonitrile vegan?

Acetonitrile is a colourless organic compound with the formula CH3CN, the simplest organic nitrile. It is produced mainly as a byproduct of acrylonitrile manufacture and is widely used as a polar aprotic solvent in organic synthesis.
