Is Acrylates/Ceteareth-25 Methacrylate/Methacrylamide Crosspolymer vegan?

This is a synthetic copolymer formed from ceteareth-25 methacrylate, methacrylamide, and acrylic or methacrylic acid monomers, crosslinked with pentaerythritol triallyl ether; it is used as a thickening and film-forming agent in cosmetics.
