Is Acrylates/Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Lauryl Acrylate Copolymer vegan?

This is a synthetic copolymer of hydroxyethyl acrylate, lauryl acrylate, and one or more acrylate/methacrylate monomers, used as a film-forming and thickening agent in cosmetics.
