Is Acrylates/Palmeth-25 Acrylate Copolymer vegan?

This is a synthetic copolymer formed from an ester of acrylic acid and ethoxylated palm alcohol (25 moles ethylene oxide) with acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, or their simple esters. It is used in cosmetic formulations as a thickening agent.
