Is Acrylates/Palmeth-25 Itaconate Copolymer vegan?

This is a synthetic copolymer formed from the half ester of itaconic acid and ethoxylated palm alcohol (25 moles ethylene oxide) with acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, or their simple esters. It is used in cosmetic formulations as a film-forming or thickening agent.
