Is Acrylates/Perfluorohexylethyl Methacrylate Copolymer vegan?

This synthetic copolymer is composed of perfluorohexylethyl methacrylate and one or more monomers of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, or their simple esters. It is used in cosmetics for its film-forming and water-repellent properties.
