Is Acrylates/VP Copolymer vegan?

Acrylates/VP Copolymer is a synthetic polymer formed from vinylpyrrolidone and one or more monomers of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, or their simple esters. It is widely used in cosmetics, especially hair styling products, as a film-forming and hold agent.
