Is Acryloyl Dimethyl Taurate/Melamine/PEG-6 Methacrylate/Phloroglucinol Crosspolymer vegan?

This is a complex, crosslinked synthetic polymer made by reacting phloroglucinol with glutaral, followed by reaction with 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid, PEG-6 methacrylate, and melamine. It is used in cosmetics as a film-forming or thickening agent.
