Is AMP-Isostearoyl Gelatin/Keratin Amino Acids/Lysine Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride vegan?

A complex cosmetic ingredient consisting of reaction products of gelatin and keratin hydrolysates with L-lysine, 2-hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, and isostearoyl chloride, neutralised with 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP). It is derived from animal proteins (gelatin and keratin) and is used as a conditioning and film-forming agent in hair and skin care products.
