Is AMPS/HEMA Crosspolymer vegan?

AMPS/HEMA Crosspolymer is a synthetic copolymer of 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid and hydroxyethyl methacrylate, crosslinked with N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide. It is used as a film-forming and thickening agent in cosmetics.
