This is a filtrate of the extract obtained by fermentation of apricot kernels, Aquilaria agallocha stems, Elettaria cardamomum seeds, the mushroom Hericium erinaceus, whole plants of Artemisia annua, Cordyceps sinensis and Polyporus umbellatus, Xanthium strumarium fruit, and wheat flour, using the microorganism Aspergillus.
