This ingredient is the filtrate of an extract of a filtrate obtained through fermentation of an extract of Glycine soja (soybean) seed by a multi-strain culture of Bacillus, Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Lactococcus, Pediococcus acidilactici, Propionibacterium freudenreichii, Saccharomyces, and Streptococcus thermophilus.
