Is Coumarin 7 vegan?

Coumarin 7 is a synthetic fluorescent dye belonging to the coumarin family of benzopyrone compounds. It is used as a disperse dye and fluorescent brightening agent in textile applications. It should not be confused with the natural fragrance compound coumarin found in many plants.
