PEG-20 Hydrogenated Palm Glycerides is the polyethylene glycol derivative of hydrogenated palm oil mono- and diglycerides, with an average of 20 moles of ethylene oxide. It is used in cosmetics as a nonionic emulsifier and solubiliser. Note: the CAS 8001-21-6 listed in the source corresponds to sunflower oil and is not applicable to this ingredient.
