Is Acetylated Lanolin Alcohol vegan?

Acetylated Lanolin Alcohol is the acetyl ester of lanolin alcohol, produced by reacting lanolin (wool grease) with acetic acid. It is used as an emollient in cosmetics and is derived from sheep's wool.
