Is Calcium Polyphosphate vegetarian?

Calcium polyphosphate is a synthetic calcium salt of polyphosphoric acid, used as an anti-caking agent and emulsifying salt in food. It is approved in the US (INS 544) but not currently listed as an EU-approved additive under that number.

An ingredient is considered vegetarian if it avoids components derived from killing an animal.
