Is Ecklonia Cava Water vegan?

Ecklonia Cava Water is an aqueous solution of steam distillates obtained from the whole plant of Ecklonia cava, an edible brown alga (Lessoniaceae) found in the waters off Japan and Korea.

An ingredient is considered vegan if it contains no animal-derived components at any point in its production.
