Is Fletan vegetarian?

Fletan is a rare cosmetic ingredient derived from halibut (flétan in French) liver oil. It is a rich source of lecithin, Vitamin A, and Vitamin D. As a fish-derived ingredient, it is neither vegan nor vegetarian.
