Is Furocoumarins vegan?

Furocoumarins are a class of naturally occurring and synthetic photoactive compounds (e.g. trioxysalen, 8-methoxypsoralen, 5-methoxypsoralen) found in plants such as bergamot; restricted in cosmetics due to phototoxicity.

An ingredient is considered vegan if it contains no animal-derived components at any point in its production.
