Is Lactobacillus/Rice Bran Ferment vegan?

Lactobacillus/Rice Bran Ferment is the product obtained by fermenting rice (Oryza sativa) bran with Lactobacillus bacteria; in INCI nomenclature the genus Lactobacillus includes the recently reclassified genus Lactiplantibacillus.

An ingredient is considered vegan if it contains no animal-derived components at any point in its production.
