Is Lignin/Cellulose vegan?

Lignin/Cellulose is a complex of lignin and cellulose derived from the wood of various Picea (spruce) and Pinus (pine) species, used as a structural or texturizing ingredient.

An ingredient is considered vegan if it contains no animal-derived components at any point in its production.
