Is Lipoxygenase vegan?

Lipoxygenase is a plant-derived enzyme that catalyses the oxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids, playing a role in the production of flavour compounds and in lipid metabolism. It is most commonly obtained from soybeans and other cereals.
