Methoxy-PEG-7 Rutinyl Succinate is a synthetic ester derived from rutin (a plant-derived flavonoid glycoside) that has been esterified with succinic acid and PEGylated with methoxy polyethylene glycol; it is used in cosmetics as an antioxidant/skin conditioning agent.
