Is Oil Blue 35 vegan?

Oil Blue 35 is a synthetic blue anthraquinone dye used for colouring oils, fats, waxes, alcoholic and hydrocarbon-based solvents, lacquers, and inks. It is also used as a fuel marker dye and as a staining dye in microscopy.
