Is PEG-10 Olive Glycerides vegan?

PEG-10 Olive Glycerides are produced by ethoxylation of mono- and diglycerides derived from olive oil (Olea europaea) with an average of 10 moles of ethylene oxide. They are used as emulsifiers and emollients in cosmetics and are plant-derived.
