Is PEG-100 Lanolin vegan?

PEG-100 Lanolin is an ethoxylated derivative of lanolin, a wax secreted by the sebaceous glands of sheep, reacted with an average of 100 moles of ethylene oxide. It is used as an emulsifier and skin conditioning agent.

An ingredient is considered vegan if it contains no animal-derived components at any point in its production.
