Is PEG-20 Tallate vegan?

PEG-20 Tallate

PEG-20 Tallate is the ethoxylated ester of tall oil fatty acids and polyethylene glycol (average 20 moles ethylene oxide). Tall oil is generally a byproduct of wood pulp processing, but the term can occasionally also refer to tallow-derived fatty acids, so origin should be confirmed with the supplier.
