Is PEG-5 Lanolinamide vegan?

PEG-5 Lanolinamide is the ethoxylated amide of lanolin acids (average 5 moles ethylene oxide), used as an emulsifier and emollient in cosmetics. Lanolin acids are derived from lanolin, the wool grease obtained from sheep, making this ingredient not vegan though vegetarian since no slaughter is involved.
