Polyacrylate-22 is a complex synthetic polymer prepared from isophorone diisocyanate, a copolymer of adipic acid and neopentyl glycol, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, and further copolymerized with acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and methyl methacrylate, partially neutralized with aminomethyl propanol. It is used in cosmetics as a film-forming agent.
