Polyquaternium-110 is a synthetic polymeric quaternary ammonium salt prepared by reacting dodecenyl succinic anhydride, diisopropanolamine and dimethylaminopropyl dimethylpropanediamine, quaternized with sodium chloroacetate. It is used in cosmetic formulations as a conditioning and film-forming polymer.
