Polysilicone-34 is a complex synthetic polymeric salt made by reacting an acrylate crosspolymer with a silicone polymer derived from Bis-Hydroxypropyl Dimethicone, subsequently modified with propylene oxide and ethylene oxide, and neutralized with Tromethamine. It is primarily used as a film-forming agent in sunscreen formulations.
