Polyurethane-72 is a synthetic urethane polymer made by reacting hydrogenated acetophenone/oxymethylene copolymer with isophorone diisocyanate, dimethylolpropanoic acid, and Dimethyl MEA, dispersed in water. It is used in cosmetics as a film-forming agent.
