Is Quercetin vegan?

Quercetin is a plant flavonol from the flavonoid group of polyphenols, found widely in fruits, vegetables, leaves, seeds, and grains. It has a bitter flavour and is used as an ingredient in dietary supplements, beverages, and foods. Commercial quercetin may be plant-derived or produced by fermentation.
