Is Tallowate vegan?

Tallowate refers to the salt or soap form of fatty acids derived from tallow, which is rendered animal fat (primarily from cattle or sheep). It is used in soaps and cosmetics and is entirely of animal origin, making it not vegan or vegetarian.
