Gum Arabic (Acacia gum) is a natural exudate gum collected from the stems and branches of Acacia trees, principally Acacia senegal and Acacia seyal. It is used as an emulsifier, thickener, stabiliser, and film-forming agent in food, cosmetics, confectionery, and adhesives.
