Allyl PEG/PPG-13/15 Acetate is the acetate ester of a polyethylene/polypropylene glycol copolymer containing an average of 13 moles of ethylene oxide and 15 moles of propylene oxide, capped with allyl alcohol. It is a synthetic ingredient primarily used as a reference definition in INCI nomenclature and may not be a marketed cosmetic ingredient.
