Is Ammonium Phosphates vegetarian?

Ammonium phosphates are synthetic ammonium salts of phosphoric acid, used as mineral salts and dough conditioners in food. They are approved by Codex Alimentarius and the US FDA (INS 342), though not currently listed as EU-approved additives.
