This is a filtrate obtained by the spontaneous fermentation of a wide variety of plant bulbs, fruits, leaves, stalks, the shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes) and sucrose, including onion, garlic, burdock, taro, yam, sweet potato, lotus, potato, ginger, chestnut, citrus, eggplant, fig, grape, kiwi, tomato, apple, plum, pumpkin, pear, radish, jujube, garlic chives, aloe, angelica, kale, cabbage, celery, seaweeds and scallion.
