This ingredient is a filtrate of the product obtained by fermentation of the flowers, leaves, and stems of Artemisia capillaris and Cyanus segetum, and the leaves and stems of Artemisia montana, Melissa officinalis, and Thymus vulgaris (thyme), using the microorganism Aspergillus oryzae. The accepted scientific name for Cyanus segetum is Centaurea cyanus.
