Is Aspergillus/Saccharomyces/Banana Fruit/Rice Ferment Lees Extract vegan?

This is an extract of the residue obtained from the fermentation of banana fruit (Musa sapientum) and rice (Oryza sativa) grains by the microorganisms Aspergillus and Saccharomyces.

An ingredient is considered vegan if it contains no animal-derived components at any point in its production.
