Bis-Methylisocytosine Hydrogenated Polybutadiene/IPDI Copolymer is a synthetic urethane polymer made by reacting hydroxyl-terminated hydrogenated polybutadiene with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and capping the polymer with 6-methylisocytosine, used as a film-forming polymer in cosmetics.
