Is Brettanomyces/Komagataeibacter/Schizosaccharomyces/Zygosaccharomyces Ferment Filtrate (without Royal Jelly) vegan?

A fermentation filtrate produced by a consortium of yeasts and bacteria (Brettanomyces, Komagataeibacter, Schizosaccharomyces, Zygosaccharomyces), formulated as a vegan alternative to royal jelly-containing ferments. It is used in cosmetics to mimic the skin-conditioning benefits attributed to royal jelly without using any bee-derived material.
