Is Caprylic/Capric/Palmitic/Stearic Triglyceride vegan?

Caprylic/Capric/Palmitic/Stearic Triglyceride is a mixed triester of glycerin with caprylic, capric, palmitic and stearic fatty acids, used as an emollient in cosmetics. The fatty acids can be derived from plant or animal sources.
