Is Centella Asiatica/Chamomilla Recutita Flower/Leaf Extract vegetarian?

This is a multi-plant complex extract combining Centella asiatica whole plant, Chamomilla recutita (matricaria) flowers, Camellia sinensis and Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) and Zea mays (corn) leaves, and Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice), Polygonum cuspidatum and Scutellaria baicalensis roots.
