Is Direct Blue 218 vegan?

Direct Blue 218 is a synthetic direct azo dye used primarily for dyeing cellulosic textile fibres such as cotton. It has been classified by the IARC as a Group 2B possible human carcinogen. It is a fully synthetic compound.
