Is Disperse Blue 124 vegan?

Disperse Blue 124 is a synthetic disperse dye used for dyeing polyester and other hydrophobic synthetic fibres. It belongs to the class of disperse dyes, which are only slightly soluble in water and applied from aqueous suspension. It has been identified as a potential skin sensitiser.
